Workout in the Park!

AMRAP in 20 minutes of the following:

15 Box Jumps
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (with KB)
15 Steps of overhead lunge walk (with PVC)

We are meeting at Baldridge Park at 9:00 AM. You will see our banner near the parking lot by the hockey rink. Come on down, and bring a friend! Newcomers of all abilities are welcome to participate (or just watch if thats your speed). We can scale the workout as needed. See you there!
