Group Warm up: Ultimate Wall Ball!
WOD: In teams of 3, complete as many round as possible of the following in 15 minutes
Increasing by 1 rep each round, each team member will individually complete a rep of the Bear Complex (1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press). Team members will be positioned at opposite ends of the mat and will push the bar down to their teammate upon completion of his or her rep(s). Only one teammate will be able to lift at a time. So, in round one, each team member goes through the sequence once. In round two, go twice through before hand-off. Score will be based on total number of rounds completed by the entire team. (75/55)
