Workout of the Day
Each person completes 1 lap of Walking KB swings while the other counts reps of a movement. Partners switch and repeat.
The movement changes each round. A running rep count is kept for the team throughout the workout.
Finish the workout by flipping your tire as a team to the other end of the course.
Score = Total time in seconds – total # of reps completed.
