Workout of the Day
In honor of the fallen at Fort Hood, CrossFit Agoge will be joining a significant portion of the CrossFit community at large in doing the LumberJack 20 today. We will be doing it in teams of two, so each person will be doing half of the work. We will also be avoiding the outdoors due to the cold… for now. If you are unable to do the weights, we will scale for you, but please help us celebrate the lives of these humble servants who are no longer with us.
