Warm Up:
Run 200m forward, 200m backwards
Then
Alternating Tabata (20sec work/10 sec rest, 4 minutes total)
Overhead squats (PVC/broom)
Plank Ups
Skill:
Anterior compartment smash (lacrosse ball/softball/baseball)
DB Overhead Squat (DB can be held palm forward or facing in)
WOD:
4 Rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats
10 Push Ups
*Alternate arms each round on the OHS
