Workout of the Day:
As Many Reps as Possible in 15 Minutes of:
Kettle Bell Swings
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)
3 Push Ups each at the top of each minute.
Ascending reps by two each subsequent round.
much needed rest day 🙂 14.5 has me a-hurtin!!!
I’m relearning how to walk from 14.5. With enough physical
therapy, I may be walking by Monday.
