Righter has overcome a lot of obstacles to get a squat that looks as good as this one does. Turns out that hard work and adherence to proper mechanics can make a pretty good athlete.

Did 14.3 @ Wildcat cf in Tucson today. 99 reps (9@90%on my 1rm). Tie breaker at 4:56. Nice gym w very friendly people! Now for a hot tub for the weary back!
