WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Families! There is a CrossFit Kids version of this WOD on our Kids page
Warm Up:
CrossFit Warm Up, 8 Reps each
Dynamic Mobility (*minus foam roll)
Skill:
WOD:
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Hang Power Cleans
Bar Facing Burpees
Mobility/Skill:
5 minutes of Ab work- planks, Hollow Hold/Rock, Dragon Flags, Barbell Roll Out
*WOD at Home:
Sub Dumbbells if that’s what you’ve got. Goals is for these sets to be largely unbroken so if your DB weight does not allow that, consider alternating single arm reps.
