2 Two Steps up the Wall and Hold, 6 Kipping, 10 Sec Static Hold
1 Half Wall Up, 3 Dip Negatives, 3 Two Kipping to One Kip Swing
1 Wall Up, 2 Dips, 2 Pull Ups

WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 Minutes of:
3 Wall Ups
6 Dips
9 Pull Ups

Skill/Mobility:
2-3 80% 200m Runs
Shoulder Stretches – Thread the Needle, Doorway, Banded Cross Body
