Group warm up
5 Minute gymnastic round about

5 handstands (or attempts)
2 Forward Rolls
10 Squats
5 Ring Dips
5 kipping swings on the rings
10 Second L Sit hold on Paralettes


As Many REPS as Possible in 1 minute each with a 1 minute rest between exercises:
Ground to Overhead (155/ 95)
Double Unders
Kettle Bell Swings
Over Head Squats (135/ 85)

Score by total number of Reps.
