1 Arm KB swing each arm
Jump Rope
Grass Hoppers
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of:
5 Wall Ball
5 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Squat Snatches (95/ 65)
Rest 2 Minutes, go again!
