Workout of the Day:

Warm Up
As Many Reps as possible at a warm up pace in 7 minutes
5 GHD Sit Ups
5 Push Ups
5 Pull Ups
30 Seconds of Plank
30 Seconds of Double Unders
Clean and Jerk Progression
In 20 Minutes work to a 1 Rep Max
Drop the weight to 50%
Perform as many reps as possible in 5 minutes
Cool Down
Banded Hip Extension (2 Min Each)
