Working our weaknesses is one of the hardest things to do. We are almost guaranteed to meet failure. It is at the margins of our experience that we broaden our strengths, so keep it up.

Kipping Swings

GHD Sit Ups


Anterior Compartment Smash, 90sec each

5 PVC Thrusters, 5 Kipping Swings

5 BB Thrusters,  5 Pull Ups

3 Thrusters at WOD weight, 3 C2B Pull Ups


As Many Reps as Possible in 7 minutes, Ascending by 3s of:

Thrusters (75/ 55)

Chest to Bar Pull Ups

 Tempo Work

EMOM for 7 min- Max Wall Ball in 30 sec, rest 30 sec, with an assending rep Burpee penalty every time you drop the WB. (1 drop=1Burpee, 2nd drop=2 Burpees) Burpees performed at the end
