Workout of the Day:

WARM UP:

CrossFit Warm Up

SKILL:

10 Strokes of Each:

Legs Only – half extension

Legs Only – full extension

Legs + Hip Swing

WOD:

Pick a distance between 500 and 5000 meters to row.  You need to set a PR in that distance. You also must row a total of 3000 m minimum. For the day.

 ACCESSORIES:

Every two minutes for 5 rounds of:

1 Squat Clean–Front Squat–Hang Squat Clean Complex

(Start with 50% of 1RM and finish at 80%)
