Jog 200 M forward
200 M backward
30 seconds each of:
Plank Ups
Overhead Squats (pvc)
Kipping Swings
Kettle Bell Swings
Dumbbell Push Press
Bandy Good Mornings
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Deadlifts (225/ 155)
Handstand Push Ups

    13:37, Rx. Considerably slower than my pr time, but haven’t done this one since May 2013, so it’s my first time since surgery and back issues. Will work my way back 🙂
