13:06. Not a PR but I’m very happy. First time unassisted pull ups since early June. Glad I was given the “go-ahead” to try it.
I had my seven year anniversary at Agoge last Friday. So very much has happened in that time and I am very blessed to be able to pass on what I have learned and continue to learn new skills, while refining my own. Here’s to at least another seven 🙂
