Dead Lifts (155/ 105)
With a continuously running clock you will perform one rep of each the first minute, two reps of each the second minute, three reps of each the third minute and so on until you cannot achieve all of the required reps inside of the allotted minute.
Upon finishing the above workout, you will have 1 minute to perform as many double unders as possible.
