Workout of the Day:

Banded Hip Extension (2 Min each)
Posterior Chain Smash and Floss (2 Min each)
WOD:
Conventional Deadlift:

Accessories:
Super Wide Stiff Leg Deadlifts

On these, keep the weight relatively challenging, but not so much that you miss any reps. To get the “super wide” part, put collars on the inside of the plates to give your toesies a little more room.
SSB GM 3×3 @140#. Some planks, hollows and mobility. 🙂
