    8:43- subbed 110# SSB squats, inch worms (no push up) and seated banded ring transitions (red band). It is really hard for me to do a WOD with muscle ups and not want to jump up and try one (admittedly a TERRIBLE idea). Thank goodness I know better. Someday, someday…:-)
