Warm up:

Witch’s Broom:  Set up similar to “Hot Potato” using a pool noodle as the object passed.  As each athlete receives the noodle, he or she performs a push press with it and then passes it on.  If the music stops while an athlete holds the noodle, he or she “rides” the noodle like a broomstick around the circle before the music and game start again.

Skill work:

Teamwork & Taking Turns


With a partner, complete AMRAP in a given amount of time of the following.

Run 100m together
10 Handstand Kick ups (I go, you go)
10 Pull ups (I go, you go)
10 Box jumps (I go, you go)

Take turns until you reach 10 reps of each movement (except the run)
