Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD.
7 Min AMRAP
3 Handstand Push Ups or Stink Bug Push Ups
6 Sit Ups
9 Pull Ups (with feet on floor)
Roll of the Dice
Use yard dice if you have them or regular dice will work fine. You can pick 6 movements and roll one die for which movement and the other for number of reps. Or you can take turns picking the movement that everyone does.
