Skill work: 

Review of Different Types of Cleans:

Cover Hang Power Clean and Hang Squat Clean.  If athletes are capable review both movements from the floor as well.  Quiz them on what is most important in these movements as we have had an entire month to learn to perfect them.


Station Rotation (3-4 Rounds of 30 seconds to a minute in each station.  Rest 30 Seconds between each round.)
