1 Trip Through Agility Ladder
3 Pull Ups (find something stable that they can hold onto with feet on ground and pull their chest to it, under a table, a low strong tree branch etc)
Bear Crawl 10 m
Run and Jump!: See how far you can jump. This is sort of like running long jump. Mark a line on the ground and run to the line and jump as far as you can. Use something to mark your progress so you can keep trying and see if you can beat your last jump!
