Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
Rock Around the Clock
Set up a circle of cones and designate numbers to each one like a face of a clock. Move around the cones for an AMRAP of 8 min doing the number on the cone of the appropriate movement. At 12 do 3 forward rolls before resuming.
Odd numbers: Stink Bug Push Ups
Even numbers: Air Squats
Clean up your Room- At one end of play area, set up various items to be picked up and brought back to start line. Make sure they are all weight appropriate for athlete to carry. On go have them run down and with an angry gorilla back pick up an item and bring it back. Repeat until all items are retrieved.
