Skill work:
Plank obstacle course: Use plates, paralettes, boxes, and PVC pipes to create an over-under course for which kids must move through in a roving plank. Rotating the roving plank might be necessary (and beneficial!)
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of:
Partner A: Plank on elbows, Partner B: Burpee -> step/jump over your partner x 4
Switch places
Partner A: Stinkbug postion, Partner B: 2 Sit ups -> Army crawl under parter x 4
Switch places
Partner A: Monkey hangs/2 hand bar hang, Partner B: 1o Squats
