Back-to-back plate press

Back-to-back plate press

Warm up:

3 Rounds of

2 Forward rolls -> 15yd lunge walk -> 15yd Broad jump -> 5 Push ups -> Side shuffle back to beginning.

Skill work:

Seated plate press

WOD:

Partners start seated back-to-back in the middle of the room and complete as many rounds as possible of:

Partner A completes 3 seated plate presses and passes the plate overhead to Partner B. Then, Partner B completes 3 seated plate presses and puts the plate down.

Both partners bear crawl to the line on their side of the room, perform 3 squats, and Bear crawl back to the center. Now partner B starts with the plate press. Repeat until time is called.
