Rock Paper Scissors: Partners line up across from each other. When the Trainer calls GO, both partners move to the center of the space using the designated movement. Play Rock-Paper-Scissors. The person who loses the match performs 3 reps of an assigned movement and both partners return to their starting positions. Repeat!
See Saw Press: Athletes sit on the floor with legs outstretched and hold light dumbbells in the press position. Start by pressing one arm to the top of the press and keeping the other at the shoulder. Imagine a pulley connects the hands so that as one hand goes up, the other lowers down. (You can demo this using a jumprope over a pull up bar). Encourage strong midline and active shoulder on top.
Station Rotation: Rotate athletes through movements in 30-45 second increments. Rest 30 seconds between rounds. 4 Rounds.
