Skill work:
Plank Games: Have athletes find a spot where they can perform a plank without touching another person. Once they are in plank call out challenges for them to perform. “Touch your right shoulder with your left hand”, “Rub your belly with your right hand”, “ High five your nieghbor”, ETC. See who can continue to hold plank during the entire challenge.
