Skill work:
Assisted Handstand Push Up on the Wall: Have athlete practice kicking up to the wall. At this point both trainers will take one leg or ankle and help them slowly lower their head to the floor, emphasizing that they should always be looking across the room. At this point the athlete can attempt to press up to a handstand and the trainers can assist them to the top.
