Switch sides: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides. Repeat with as many different movements as you can think of.
Backwards pass: Using a 4lb wall ball (or less), athletes start by swinging the ball between the knees (like a kettlebell). Next, stand up as straight and as quickly as possible and throw the ball backwards over the head. Try standing up even faster to make the ball travel further.
10-15 yd Backwards pass (leap frog style) with partner: Once you throw the ball, turn and run forward while your partner completes the next throw.
