Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.
10 Minute AMRAP
3 Stinkbug push ups (if you are able you can do these with knees on a box)
3 Chair Dips
3 Pull Ups (find a surface you can hold on to with knees on the floor like a table top and pull your chin above it)
3 V ups
Jump For Distance: Find something you can use as a marker. Start on a line and wind up and jump as far as you can. Mark your spot with your marker and go back and try again. See if you can continue to beat your distance.
