Workout of the Day
Every minute on the minute, complete a given number of Wall Ball and then as many reps as possible of Kettle bell swings until the minute runs out. Begin with 10 Wall Ball in the first minute and decrease by one each minute thereafter.
Min 1: 10 Wall ball, AMRAP Kettle bell swings
Min 2: 9 Wall ball, AMRAP Kettle bell swings
and so on until
Min10: 1 Wall ball, AMRAP Kettle bell swings
