WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

Jog 400m

12 Sit Ups

12 Push Ups

12 Hip Extension

12 Banded Good Mornings

12 Pull Ups

12 Dips

SKILL:

20-30 Handstand Hold

3 Tripod Press Outs

3 Eccentric Handstand Lowers

2 HSPU or 2 Wall Ups (maintaining hollow body position)

*in between movements warm up Deadlift

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of

6 Deadlifts (185/ 115)

8 Handstand Push Ups

10 Calorie Ski

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Rig Complex x3  (Scale strict Pull Up to 3 Shoulder Shrugs)
