SKILL:
20-30 Handstand Hold
3 Tripod Press Outs
3 Eccentric Handstand Lowers
2 HSPU or 2 Wall Ups (maintaining hollow body position)
*in between movements warm up Deadlift
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of
