Run 200m forward/ 200m backward, then 2x through, 30 sec each-

*WOD at Home:

If you do not have a band, use PVC/broomstick for GMs. 

If you do not have barbell, use a Kettlebell for SDHP, if you do not have a KB, you can use a single DB.
