Workout of the Day

Mobility Work
Squat sit: 8 Minutes

Complete the following for time:
9 Front Squats (95/ 65)
1 Burpees
8 Front Squats
2 Burpees
7 Front Squats
3 Burpees
etc… until
1 Front Squat
9 Burpees

No additional work for the Comp team today. Make sure to capitalize on your rest this weekend… be active, but don’t try to crush the world if you haven’t had a rest day yet this week.
