Warm Up:

2x Thru, 8 reps each-

Sit Ups, Spider-man Stretch (4 each side), Push Ups, Squats, Hanging Knee Raises, Jumping Lunges

 

Skill:

First Rib Mobility

Toes to Bar Progression

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

5 Toes to Bar

10 Wall Ball

Run 400 M
