Workout of the Day
AM Team Workout
As a team, complete 120-80-40 reps of the following exercises:
Burpees
Lunge walks
Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
You can break up the exercises amongst your team members any way you like as long as you reach each rounds total as a team.
Results

Mornings are a bit darker now, and sometimes a little damp. But our AM girls are out here working hard. Christine, Neisha, & Cathy doing kettle bell swings.
