Workout of the Day:
Reebok CrossFit Open workout 14.2!
Group Warm Up:
10 each, 2x through of what is on the board… honestly, I just finished this workout and my brain is not working…
MWOD:
Banded Overhead Shoulder Stretch (2 Min Each, pg 257/58)
For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern
If you don’t make it through the first two rounds, rest 3 minutes and then go again on the first rep scheme.

138 – Great Job to both Kelly B. and Kelli L. for fighting through those last reps of C2B!
13- did lots of pull-ups, but only 3 were chest to bar. Thank you Kelli L for being my counter again. Way to go Kelly B and Tegan this morning- you rocked.
I am very proud of you Julie B! You fought for every one of those chest to bar- they are a whole different animal. While most people would have given up and said “I can’t do these” you kept fighting. As a trainer I value and admire your determination, and it’s that determination that will have you doing C2B in no time. 🙂
