Workout of the Day
Today we will have a 9 am class only.
In teams of two:
You will have 8 minutes to move as much weight as possible from ground to overhead. Only one team member can work at a time. You will have to pick your weight before starting and you may not change the weight used once the workout has started.
Rest 2 minutes,
Each team member will perform one max set of pull ups each.
Score for this workout will be 2 numbers:
Each Team’s total weight moved and each team’s total number of pull ups.
