Alternating Tabata of:
Dumbell Push Press
Burpee Box Jumps

This will be an 8 minute tabata (16 total cycles). A Tabata is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Perform the maximum reps that you can eek out in 20 seconds and then switch.
