We had to use the low res versions for the video or else the file was just too big, but the photos on disc are absolutely gorgeous.

Workout of the Day

2 Rounds Each
200 M Farmer’s Carry (95/ 65)
Yoke Walk (feet)
Overhead Squat (95/ 65)
Row (Calories)

Each Team member will start at a station. Time stops when the last team member finishes their second Farmer’s Carry. Team members will keep track of their individual reps, feet moved and calories rowed and subtract them from the overall team time.
