So we know that it is usually not polite to discuss a lady’s weight, however we would just like to point out that Marni has made huge strides and given a ton of commitment to reach her goal of breaking the 200 mark, something that she has not done in quite a long time. Congratulations Marn, your dedication and effort has been nothing short of awe inspiring and we can’t wait to see what goal falls next.

Workout of the Day

Complete the following for time:
100 Squats
5 Muscle Ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle Ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle Ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle Ups

Okay guys, I get that this is a ton of work, the hero workouts always are, so I am going to ask a favor today, unless you know that you are capable of doing all of the muscle ups, let’s go ahead and cut this one in half on both movements. Remember, these WODs are to honor the fallen, but use the ol’ common sense hat on this one.
