Lyle has been working really hard lately to get his flexibility to a place where he could move better. In that process, he has managed to keep his weights challenging and still concentrate on technique. That is the crux of this crazy CrossFit problem. Technique and speed are not at odds with each other but rather in concert. When you can move efficiently, you can move faster, and Lyle has been the proof in this formula as his times have been really moving out.
Workout of the Day
Every Minute on the Minute for 5 minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
5 Push Press (75/55)
After the fifth minute, add one rep to each exercise each minute until you fail to get the required reps inside of the given minute.
Rest 1 Minute and then perform as many toes to bar as possible in 2 minutes.
