Workout of the Day
Lunging Farmer’s Carry
With a continuously running clock, perform one rep of each the first minute, 2 reps of each the second minute and so on until you are unable to perform all of the required reps in the given amount of time.
For the farmer’s carry, take one Dumbell in each hand, perform one step with each leg for one rep, 2 steps with each leg for 2 reps etc…
