Finally: in so many aspects of life we strive to be the best, but on the occasion that we make it there, we often rest on that and refuse to grow. I have experienced this first hand in both my military career as well as within the CrossFit world, and in such this video from the television show “The Newsroom” reminded me of one amazing concept: “Best is the enemy of better.” So, in whatever endeavor you choose to chase, strive to be better as it will always leave you room for improvement.
