Hang Power Snatch (95/ 65)
With a continuously running clock, perform one rep of each movement the first minute, 2 reps of each movement the second minute, three reps of each movement the third minute and so on until you fail to achieve all of the required reps in the allotted time. If you are out before 5 minutes, rest one minute and go again starting with the last successfully completed round.
