Workout of the Day:
WOD:
Box Squat:
Work up to approximately 90% of your last 1 Rep Max Back Squat (or a very challenging weight)
Once there, perform as many reps as possible at that weight
Lighten to 80% of that number, as many reps as possible
Lighten to 50%, as many as possible
EXTRAS:
Perform 5 sets of 10 Toes to bar
Perform 3 of your ability of Rope Climb
