Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
As many rounds as possible at a warm up pace in 7 minutes of:
10 Push Ups
20′ Inch Worm
10 PVC Pass Throughs
30′ Lunge Walk
10 Sit Ups
20′ Spiderman Stretch
10 Bandy Triceps Press Downs
30′ High Knee Jog
10 DB Push Press
WOD:
The following is NOT for time, it is for good quality strength and skill attainment:
20-30 Bar Muscle Ups (any means necessary) make it tough and get closer to being great!
20-30 Hand Stand Push Ups (if you don’t have it, kip it, if you have it, try to not!)
20-30 Hollow Rocks (abs are sexy, do it!)
20-30 Ring dips (no fancy tag lines here)
