Workout of the Day:
MWOD:
Psoas Smash and Floss option 2 (2 Min Each, Pg 294)
Single Leg Flexion with External Rotation Bias (2 Min Each, Pg 306)
WOD:
Deficit Deadlift: 3-3-3-3-3
1 Sled Push down and back between each set, work for a heavy triple.
#275×3 deficit. need to put in some more DL work, these numbers have been pretty flat for a bit now. Off to Tucson tomorrow!
